Son of Virginia, Matt Shepherd received his BA in Film and Media Arts from Temple University in Philadelphia. Through his acting and content he worked with tip brands, and organizations including The Nation Eating Disorder Association (NEDA) and BetterHelp. He regularly speaks and collaborates with organizations regarding mental health awareness for marginalized voices, including men’s mental health, and eating disorder recovery for men. He continues to work with filmmakers, content creators, and actors to create fork that brings consciousness to social and cultural issues that affect us all. 

Matt has acted in various indie feature and short films, television pilots, as various national commercial campaigns. He also produces digital content for his YouTube channel MEET MATT SHEP and film work including AFFIRMATIONS. In addition to his acting work Matt has also worked for IFA Talent Agency and Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA).
